INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Respecting the rights and freedoms of persons whose data we process and fulfilling the obligation resulting from Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR), we inform:
WHO IS THE CONTROLLER OF PERSONAL DATA
The controller of personal data is MOL sp. z o.o. (hereinafter: Administrator or We) with its registered office in Gdynia (81-310) at ul. Śląska 35-37, NIP 586-19-88-228.

WHO CAN ACCESS PERSONAL DATA AND DO WE TRANSFER IT TO THIRD COUNTRIES?
At every stage of personal data processing, we take care of their security, which is why only: auditors and chartered accountants, in connection with the performance of their duties in the area of audit, entities supporting the operation of IT software that we use, persons who are in the fields: TO, CC or CC of electronic correspondence (if applicable). We do not transfer personal data to Third Countries (outside the European Economic Area) or to international organizations.
WHAT RIGHTS CAN A PERSON WHOSE PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED BY THE ADMINISTRATOR EXERCISE
Every person whose personal data is processed by the Administrator may exercise the right to:
- access data within the scope specified by the provisions of the GDPR (Article 15 of the GDPR),
- rectify data (Article 16 of the GDPR),
- request deletion of data (Article 17 of the GDPR),
- limit data processing (Article 18 of the GDPR),
- transfer data (Article 20 of the GDPR),
- file a complaint to the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Article 77 of the GDPR).
In addition, every person whose data is processed for purposes resulting from legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator has the right to object to the processing of data for reasons related to their special situation (Article 21 of the GDPR).
IS PROVIDING PERSONAL DATA MANDATORY
Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to provide information on concluded contracts or agreements at any stage of negotiating terms.
